Starptautiskās sadarbības projekts "Baltic Space"

BalticSpace  - project of the culture of the Baltic States – media in Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, English and Russian languages comprising all aspects of culture.

The main objective of the project is to present culture events in a new light – easily accessible, comprehensible, easy to perceive to any internet user in the Baltic States and abroad, because currently:

• news on culture events are difficult to be found in news media,
• there does not exist a single, comprehensible source of culture information nor a calendar of culture events (each organization has separate webpage and consumer need to know its precise address to find it)
• news are mostly available in the local language and are not tourist-orientated
